DESCRIPTION:GK-FB represents a high performance water reducing and slump retention admixture,based on Polycarboxylates. On the base of the molecule design principal, this agent grafts various active groups in the desired position of the main chain, in order to form the macro-molecule polymer. Thus it shows a superior spatial dispersion, high water reducing rate and long-term slump remaining ability
USES:GK-FB is widely used in various dry premixed mortar and concrete, such as grouting agent, bearing mortar, waterproof mortar, floor mortar, etc, especially in cost-effective mortar products. Meanwhile, due to a kind of powder, it is suitable for long distance transport.
CHARACTERISTICS:GK-FB has advantages of following: * Improved workability of concrete and mortar; * Prolonged slump retention; * No negative effective on final strength of concrete; * No additional shrinkage.

0.3%—0.5% by weight of cementitious materials
USING METHOD:Add GK-FB into dry powder mortar, and then mix evenly.
NOTES ON APPLICATION
1. GK-FB cannot be use on its own, but in combination with GK-3000.
2. GK-FB cannot be used in combination with naphthalene based water reducer or sulfamate based water reducers;
3. It can be combined with all other GK admixtures as following
- GK Polycarboxylate water reducer (powder)
- GK Pumping Agent
- GK Early Strength Agent.
Since it is compatible with sulfate resistant cement, if combined with the above, it is suggested to determine the performance experimentally or consult our technical services department.
4. If overdosed, the workability of concrete will be affected, but no additional air. GK-dispersion Agent can be used.
