DESCRIPTION
GK-YJ grouting agent, based on inorganic functional material and organic polymer functional material, represents a new type of admixture with integrated performance of high water reducing rate, high strength, high molding, mic-expansive and low bleeding. When added into cement, it not only improves the flowability at low water to binder ratio, but also effectively solves the contradiction between high flowing ability and segregation in multi-term,
multi-component, heterogeneous mixing system such as cement. It greatly reduces the bleeding of grouting material. Meanwhile the appropriate expansion due to concrete mixed with grouting agent can compensate the shrinkage of cement hardening during different period.
USES
GK-YJ is widely used on railway, highway, bridges and other large project.
CHARACTERISTICS
GK-YJ offers the following advantages:
* The dosage is 8— 10%. Good flowability, high strength, no bleeding, no segregation and no delamination.
* Micro-expansion, the mudjack satiation and early strength, bonding firmly with concrete.
* It has high filling degree, can be used for one-time grouting construction, and the pipe grouting is tight without pores.

APPLICATION
RECOMMEND DOSAGE
8%— 10% of cementitious materials by weight
USING METHOD
1. The water-binder ratio is 0.26—0.33 ,which can be adjusted based on different grouting positions.
2. Stirring: High-speed mechanical mixer with rotational speed not less than 1000 rpm/min should be used to stir. Firstly, add 80%—90% of the actual mixing water into the blender. Start the blender and evenly add all the grouting agent while stirring. Then evenly add all the cement and stir for 2 minutes. Add the remaining 10%—20% of the mixing water and continue to stir for 2minutes.
3. The duration of cement slurry from stirring to pressing into the hole is generally within 30 —45min, depending on the temperature.
4. The cement slurry should be continuously stirred before using and during the injection process to maintain its uniformity and fluidity.
5. The maximum pressure of the grouting shall not exceed 0.6 MPa, and the filling degree shall reach the other end of the hole and drain out the slurry with the same flow degree as
stipulated in the vent. After the slurry outlet is closed, the stable pressure period should be maintained no less than 0.5MPa and 3min.
6. For continuous beams or pressure grouting, firstly, let the water-slurry suspension in the pipeline flow freely from the outlet end; then pump again until the homogenate slurry flows out at the outlet end, when maintained at 0.5Mpa for 5min. Repeat 1—2 times. After grouting, check the compaction of the grouting from anchor plate/grouting hole. If any non— compaction is found, fill the grouting in time to ensure the tunnel is fully compacted.
7. Slurry temperature should be kept between 5C and 30C during grouting, otherwise measures should be taken to meet the conditions.
NOTES ON APPLICATION
1. After the final drawing is completed, the hole grouting should be carried out as soon as possible, generally within 24h;
2. Grouting slurry temperature should be between 5C and 30 C, beam body and the ambient temperature shall be not less than 5 C when grouting and after grouting 48 hour after. Otherwise it should take curing measurement, and deal with according to the requirement of the winter construction. A moderate amount of air-entraining agent can be used, but
Anti-frozen agent cannot be used. When environment temperature is above 30 C, please perform grouting in the night.
