DESCRIPTION:GK-9A represents an air entraining agent, based on modified natural resin, resulting in good air entrainment and stable performance. It increases the frost-thaw resistance and impermeability of concrete, and additionally improves the workability observably.
USES:GK-9A is widely used in standard concrete and roller-compacted concrete (RCC) for hydraulic engineering projects.
CHARACTERISTICS:
GK-9A offers the following advantages:
* Water reduction capacity above 6% can be achieved.
* Improves freeze/thaw resistance of concrete;
* Improves workability of fresh concrete and avoids bleeding;
* Improve durability of concrete;
* No corrosion effect on reinforcement;
* Produces desired air void structure in concrete.

APPLICATION
RECOMMEND DOSAGE:0.003% to 0.2% by weight of cementitious material.
USING METHOD:
Dilute GK-9A to 1%-2% concentration, and add into fresh concrete.
NOTES ON APPLICATION:
1. Before using, dilute GK-9A with water (low hardness) in 30 minutes.
2. GK-9A is compatible with all other GK products as following:
— GK Polycarboxylate Water Reducing Admixtures
— GK Pumping Agents
— GK State regulator.
If combined with the above, it is suggested to determine the performance experimentally or consult our technical services department.
3. It cannot be added into polycarboxylate-based water reducers directly, but it can be added into concrete separately in combination with polycarboxylate water reducers, which will not influence its air entraining and stable performance.
