DESCRIPTION：GK-3G is a silicone paste that can penetrate the surface of cement-based materials into its interior, and then react with water molecules in substrate and air in alkaline environment. It can effectively prevent the corrosion, loose, peeling and mildew of concrete and internal steel structure caused by water seepage, light, acid rain and seawater erosion to improve the lifetime of buildings, meanwhile retain the original appearance.

USES：GK-3G is suitable for the concrete structures subjected to seawater corrosion, salt spray corrosion, snow-melt agent corrosion and freeze-thaw damage, such as seaport wharf, cross-sea bridge, cross-river bridge, hydraulic engineering dam, urban viaduct, high grade highway bridge, railway bridge, tunnel, airport pavement, fair-faced concrete building, thermal power, nuclear power plant, sewage treatment plant, etc. The product is particularly recommended for the plane structures of buildings.

CHARACTERISTICS

GK-3G offers the following advantages:

* Hydrophobic and breathable, without bubbling or shedding;

* Excellent durability. Lifetime above 10— 15 years can be reached;

* If the concrete surface wears away, the concrete has better waterproof effective used GK-3GR than that of traditional film-forming coating;

* No flow hanging, small construction loss to save the cost of raw materials.

APPLICATION

≥ 300g/m2

USING METHOD

It can be used 4 weeks later after concrete surface curing of aged new construction, and 2 weeks after curing of repair works.

	2. Concrete surface treatment shall be carried out before impregnation: (a)Cement slurry be used to repair obvious defects, such as honeycomb, dew reinforcement, holes and cracks; Remove surface debris and loose attachments with a steel spatula;(b) Remove harmful substances and pollutants such as dust and oil stains that are not conducive to impregnation;(c) When a mold release agent or curing agent is used for concrete, the effect of silane impregnation shall be determined by spray testing. Otherwise, agents shall be fully removed before the impregnation. The concrete surface should be dry and the water content should be no more than 6%. 3. Equipment: High pressure airless spraying machine is recommended for large area construction for its high efficiency and low loss of raw materials. Brush or roll coating can be used for small area construction. 4. Curing: at least 24 hours without rain after application, then natural air drying.
NOTES ON APPLICATION	1. Don’t Diluted with water, otherwise, the paste state would be destroyed. Trial experiment should be carried out before amount construction.

PROTECTIVE MEASURES	Avoid contact with skin. Please wash immediately with clear water when the product contacts skin and/or eyes. It should timely be taken medical treatment if any allergies and/or other adverse reactions happen.
ECOLOGY/WASTE DISPOSAL	Do not dispose of into water or soil, but according to local regulations.
