DESCRIPTION：GK-SR represents an admixture that can increase the surface compactness of concrete, thus effectively increasing the surface strength of concrete. This product quickly penetrates into the concrete to start secondary reaction with the by-products of cement hydration in concrete, and plug the hairline pores inside of concrete, so as to increase the surface compactness, compressive strength, hardness and wear resistance of concrete, and improve the surface strength of concrete.

USES：GK-SR is widely used in the concrete with significant demands on work-ability retention (≥3h) or long distances of transportation, as well as areas with high temperature.

APPLICATION

RECOMMEND DOSAGE

0,05—5,0% by weight of cement.

USING METHOD：Create a dry concrete surface before use, if there is floating slurry on the concrete surface, remove it. Brush coating method is used to evenly brush the product on the concrete surface, so that the concrete surface is completely wetted; After the concrete surface is dry, the next coat is carried out. It is recommended to brush more than 3 times. Water spray curing can be carried out on the third day after finishing brushing, and surface rebound test can be carried out on the fourth day after curing.

NOTES ON APPLICATION

1. It is recommended not be used on its own, but combination with polycarboxylate superplastizers.

	2. It cannot be used in combination with naphthalene sulfonate based superplasticizers. 3. GK-SR is compatible with all other GK products as following: - GK Polycarboxylate Water Reducing Admixture - GK Pumping Agent - GK Air Entraining Agent. It is compatible with sulfate resistant cement as well. If combined with the above, it is suggested to determine the performance experimentally or consult our technical services department. 4. If overdosed, the concrete slump will increase at late age, but will not entrain additional air. In such a case, GK- Anti-Dispersion Agent may be added.
