DESCRIPTION:
GK-3D foam is formulated of multiple surfactants, stabilizers and polymers, with the carrier water. When using it, after mixing with water, inject it with compressed air, then the liquid expands to produce foam, which has a certain surface viscosity and elasticity, and the liquid inside the foam also has a certain viscosity, which can slow down the speed of thinning of the liquid film, as well as a certain strength producing a certain supporting force. The product has strong adaptability to different soils, and offers high foaming rates, rich bubbles, uniform fineness, strong stability and it is widely used in the tunnel excavation, as it can reduce the mechanical wear of the shield machine, adjust the plastic flow of soil in the soil silo, and reduce the permeability of residual soil. Due to the change of pressure, it can be defoaming by itself when using and thus does not require any add additional defoaming agent
USES:
GK-3D is widely utilized in earth pressure balance (EPB) shield construction and earth pressure balance (EPB) pipe jacking construction.
