USES

GK-3A is widely used in shotcrete projects for railway-, highway tunnels and mines, etc.

CHARACTERISTICS

GK-3A offers the following advantages:

APPLICATION

RECOMMEND DOSAGE       

4%—6% by weight of cementitious materials

USING METHOD

Appropriate amount of water reducer, for example GK-3000, should be used in concrete additionally.

NOTES ON APPLICATION 

1. Adaptability test for cement to fix the best dosage before using.

2. Control the water to cement ratio strictly among 0.3% - 0.5%, otherwise, it will affect the result.

3. Adjust dosage to improve the accelerating and physical performance of concrete based on the different cement types, usage amount and water to cement ratio.

4. Ambient temperature will affect the setting time and early performance, so that the dosage should be adjusted according to different performance requirement and conditions.
