GK-Z Concrete Anti-mud Agent

USES

GK-Z concrete anti-mud agent is widely used in precast concrete and cast-in-site concrete for various civil construction, hydropower project, port, high-speed railway, highway and other projects, especially suitable for concrete with poor raw materials and high mud content.

CHARACTERISTICS

GK-Z has advantages of following:

* The product is synthetic polymer with stable performance and no delamination.

* It can effectively alleviate clay swelling of water absorption and clay absorption to water reducer;

* It can be compounded with polycarboxylate high performance water reducing admixture to observably improve the water reducing rate and keep slump loss resistant property.

APPLICATION

RECOMMEND DOSAGE       

Mud content ≤6%, recommended dosage is 0.05%

Mud content ≤10%, recommended dosage is 0.1%

The exact dosage should be confirmed according to the concrete test.

USING METHOD

Add GK-Z to fresh concrete or to gauging water directly, or compound GK-Z together with admixture, then mix with gauging water.In order to achieve good plasticizing performance, it is suggested to prolong the stirring time by 30—60S.

NOTES ON APPLICATION

1. Please follow casting specification.

2. Please pay attention to hardening process of fresh concrete and prevent it from plasticity and dry shrinkage, especially at high temperature. Please cure or use wet burlap.

3. GK-Z is compatible with all other GK products as following:

-  GK Pumping Agent

-  GK Waterproof Agent

-  GK Early strength Agent

If combined with the above, it is suggested to determine the performance experimentally or consult our technical services department.

3. If overdosed, the setting time will be affected and the retarder in concrete needed to be adjusted.

Avoid contact with skin. Please wash immediately with clear water when the product contacts skin and/or eyes. It should timely be taken medical treatment if any allergies and/or other adverse reactions happen.

Do not dispose of into water or soil, but according to local regulations.
