DESCRIPTION:GK-3000 is a high performance water reducing admixture, for plastification of concrete and mortar. It shows a superior dispersion capability and thus high water reducing rate including a prolonged workability.
USES:GK-3000 is widely used in various premixed concrete and cast-in-situ concrete for civil architecture, hydropower projects, port, high speed railway, expressway, etc., specifically focused on precast and high performance concrete.
CHARACTERISTICS:
GK-3000 offers the following advantages:
* Water reduction capacity of above 25% can be reached;
* Improvement of concrete surface appearance;
* Improvement of workability of fresh concrete, avoiding bleeding;
* Prolonged slump retention;
* No negative effect on the final strength of concrete;
* No additional shrinkage.

APPLICATION
RECOMMEND DOSAGE
0.5%—2.5% by weight of cementitious materials
USING METHOD:
1. Follow the construction specifications strictly.
2. Pay attention to the hardening process of fresh concrete; especially at high temperature, avoid plasticity and dry shrinkage by curing the concrete with water.
3. GK-3000 can be combined with all other GK admixtures as following:
— GK-Pumping Agent
— GK- Waterproofing gent
— GK- Early Strength Enhancing Agent.
If combined with the above, it is suggested to determine the performance experimentally or consult our technical service department.
4. If overdosed, the workability of concrete will be affected, but no additional air. entrained GK-dispersion Agent can be used.
5. GK-3000 is compatible with sulfate resistant cement.
