GK-A Superplasticizer

DESCRIPTION：GK-Ais a high sulfate containing formaldehyde naphthalene sulfonate condensate superplasticizer.  It offers good performance and high water reducing capacity.

USES：GK-Ais widely used in bulk concrete, hydraulic concrete, industrial flooring and RCC concrete,  whereby predictable set time and low hydraulic rates are required.

CHARACTERISTICS：

* Water reduction capacity ≥ 15% can be achieved;

*  Improves workability of fresh concrete,  avoiding bleeding;

* No negative effect on final strength development;

* No negative impact on shrinkage;

* Has strong dispersion effect on cement particles;

*  Good adaptability to raw materials.

APPLICATION

RECOMMEND   DOSAGE ：0 .6% — 1% by weight of cementitious materials

USING  METHOD：Add GK-Atogether with cement and other minerals on site. It is highly recommended to prepare and use product as a 20 —40 wt. % aqueous solution for better performance.

NOTES  ON  APPLICATION：

1 . It can be combined with common water reducers and additives such as other GK admixtures:

-     GK- Set Retarder

-     GK- Air Entraining Agent

-     GK- UAE (Expansion agent) .

If combined with the above,  it is suggested to determine the performance experimentally or consult our technical services department.

2 .   It cannot be used in combination with polycarboxylate based water reducers.
