DESCRIPTION：GK-3B WJ- 1 is applied to wet shotcrete and can set and harden the concrete in a very short time, which avoids the dust pollution caused by powder flash setting admixture and greatly improves the construction environment. It conforms to the standard of GB/T 35159-2017 Flash Setting Admixture for Shotcrete.

USES：GK-3B WJ- 1 is widely used in shotcrete projects, such as railways, highways, tunnels, mining projects, slope stabilization, etc.

CHARACTERISTICS：GK-3B WJ- 1 offers the following advantages:

Storage conditions	Store in dry conditions under the temperature of 20°C~40°C, protected from direct sunlight, water and frost.
Shelf-life	At least 6 months if stored properly. If expired, it can only be used after inspection.

APPLICATION

RECOMMEND DOSAGE ：6%—9% by weight of cementitious materials

USING METHOD：Appropriate amount of water reducer, for example GK-3000, should be used in concrete.

NOTES ON APPLICATION：

1. Run adaptability test for cement to fix the best dosage prior to use.

2. It cannot be used with alkali shotcrete accelerator at the same time. Stability test should be carried out before matching with other alkali-free accelerators. If alkali-free accelerators are used, clean the whole equipment with water prior to material switch.

3. Adjust dosage to improve the accelerating and physical performance of concrete based on the different cement types, usage amount and water to cement ratio.

4. Ambient temperature will affect the setting time and early strength formation performance; thus, dosage should be adjusted according to performance and condition requirement.
