    DESCRIPTION  

    GK-KSW represents an oyster white liquid, which can inhibit water and ions of the environment from penetrating inside the concrete structure, creating concrete with good performance of acid and alkali resistance, salt ion erosion, anti-freezing melts loop damage and high anti-penetration. In addition, it can greatly improve the durability and construction performance of the concrete, but has no negative effect on its compressive strength. GK-KSW reacts with the hydrate to create a strong waterproof film on the surface of the capillary pores. It forms a > 90° contact angle between the film and water, which prevents the water from permeating into the internal capillaries or pores of the structure.

    USES

    GK-KSW is especially suitable for salinized soil areas, high altitude and cold areas, degraded areas of soil and groundwater, coastal areas, concrete engineering that requires both anti-corrosion and anti-seepage under Marine erosion environment. In addition, it can be widely used in coal measure stratum, sulphide stratum, gypsum stratum, silt carbon stratum, pipeline/underground pipe and other chemical pollution prone areas, such as pavement, bridge cap, basement, swimming pool, retaining walls, waterproofing, etc.

    CHARACTERISTICS

    GK-KSW offers the following advantages:

    * The reinforced concrete which is treated with GK-KSW features high strength and reduced shrinkage, which can effectively reduce the water absorption of concrete capillary, protect the internal reinforcement and facilitate the mass construction.

    * Concrete treated with GK-KSW can effectively reduce water absorption and improve anti-penetration, inhibit corrosion for a prolonged time, and increase its durability, as well as reduce moisture content and maintain constant workability.

    APPLICATION


    RECOMMEND DOSAGE

    USING METHOD

    1. Once the concrete treated with GK-KSW is molded, it is necessary to use thermal insulation materials and plastic film for thermal insulation and moisture curing.

    2. Before construction, the concrete shall be tested and matched according to the concrete materials and conditions consistent with the actual conditions, so as to determine the optimal mixing ratio.

    NOTES ON APPLICATION

    1. GK-KSW should be sealed strictly before using.


    2. Some precipitation or floating substance is normal, and


    3. Before use, it should be thoroughly mixed.


    4. It is compatible with all other GK products as following to reduce the moisture content of concrete and sand ash:


    -  GK - Air Entraining Agent


    -  GK - Deformer


    -  GK - Water Retention Agent

    -  GK - Pumping Agent.
